Responsibilities

  • Create and manage all paid search and remarketing campaigns across the digital landscape including Google Ads (Search, Display), Bing, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook
  • Create eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads
  • Perform A/B testing and optimize campaigns and landing pages to generate maximum ROI
  • Setup and optimize Google Analytics goals and tracking/conversion pixels
  • Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices
  • Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives
  • Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure a data-led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or Technology
  • At least 6 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Ability to handle large media spends while catering to different internal business customers
  • Proficient in deriving insights from data, fluent in slicing/dicing data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Candidates with experience in North America Region will be preferred
