  • Establishing the aftermarket sales for the products in the region.
  • Identifying and appointing the dealer network, generating and developing new leads and growth in the region, building the network with the mechanics
  • Build the network with the fleet owners
  • Hiring of the team, mentoring and ensuring high performance of the team
  • Develop incentive schemes for the dealers, Review the dealer performance

Candidate Profile:

  • Leader with experience of 10 – 15 years in the automotive aftermarket sales
  • Graduate with strong understanding of the automotive industry
  • Very good experience, network and understanding of the region
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships across functions.
  • Sense of ownership and a sense of urgency, entrepreneurial in nature, highly accountable.
  • Ability to work in a diverse and cross-functional environment.
