Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a global/regional recruitment organization focused on high volume and high quality talent acquisition
  • Design, build and execute a talent acquisition process that utilizes knowledge of multiple tools, recruiting sources and metrics
  • Participate in designing annual hiring plan
  • Plan and define resources needed to meet global hiring plan for the company and maintains compliance with reporting structure
  • Lead all executive search projects, acting as the leader search consultant or as the point of initial contact and first interview with search firms
  • Work with executive leadership to define priority list of hires and timelines
  • Define global and geo best practices for recruitment
  • Advice and be part of selection decision for recruitment tools to be used for recruitment
  • Enable and maintain a high performing recruitment function
  • Work with branding team closely to support and drive company’s employment branding activities for recruitment process
  • Work with executive leadership to train and to develop hiring best practices throughout global hiring mangers
  • Interact and build successful relationships with key business leaders for building recruitment strategy, consultation, and education
  • Proactively develop relationship with the internal candidate pool to identify future opportunities for current employees
  • Develop external candidate pools/pipelines based on short term and long term needs and projections
  • Work with recruitment team to ensure monthly, quarterly and annual hiring goals are met and/or exceeded
  • Focus on demonstrating teamwork within and outside the HR Department in handling assigned responsibilities and activities
  • Demonstrate leadership in performing assigned responsibilities, as well as fully understanding that the work assigned to the team and the success of the team is a critical responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive senior level corporate and/or agency recruiting experience; preferably within a high tech or professional services organization or similar
  • Experience leading and motivating a high volume, highly proficient global recruitment team is preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain executive level relationships
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with business leaders and providing full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions and levels including, sales, marketing, human resources, technology, finance, and other business service groups
  • Experience leading executive search projects globally
  • Experience working with and influencing executive leadership on search and staffing strategy
  • Experience preparing and analyzing a variety of recruiting data and reports and sharing with business leaders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
