  • Drive new customer acquisition through existing knowledge, experience and industry network
  • Drive large multi-year deals
  • Drive the entire sales process, leads and assign team responsibilities for opportunity qualification and development, solution architecting, RFP/RFI proposal development and customer reviews, negotiations and deal closures.
  • Accomplish organization goals and objectives

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 18-20 years sales experience with a proven track record in IT/BPO sales
  • Should have experience and understanding of the E-commerce/Online Retail/Internet segment
  • Customer Orientation
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Innovative with a sales mind set
  • Graduation in any discipline, MBA (preferred)
