- Drive new customer acquisition through existing knowledge, experience and industry network
- Drive large multi-year deals
- Drive the entire sales process, leads and assign team responsibilities for opportunity qualification and development, solution architecting, RFP/RFI proposal development and customer reviews, negotiations and deal closures.
- Accomplish organization goals and objectives
- Minimum 18-20 years sales experience with a proven track record in IT/BPO sales
- Should have experience and understanding of the E-commerce/Online Retail/Internet segment
- Customer Orientation
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative with a sales mind set
- Graduation in any discipline, MBA (preferred)
