Job Profile

  • Lead the change management activities for successful implementation and roll out of enterprise level programs
  • Design and implement change management framework within Retail and Wholesale banking
  • Coordinate with operational/business teams to ensure effective implementation and roll out of processes and implement more efficient controlled, value added business processes
  • Design the strategic approach to manage change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management
  • Conduct post implementation reviews and have regular governance to ensure project is on track and highlight issues if any
  • Anchoring ongoing initiatives across the bank and providing regular updates to the senior management

Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years in banking and driving change management with experience of implementation of change management framework
  • Should have managed a team of change management experts and have experience in implementing projects at scale in Banking
  • Should have worked in a compliance driven atmosphere & aware of regulatory guidelines
  • Conversant with best market practices/ assessment approach
  • Good communication & convincing skills
  • Ability to deliver results and handle pressure
  • Conversant with excel, word and sound presentation skills
  • Ability to learn, drive & motivate teams
