Job Profile

  • Understand CBG business nuances thoroughly and create a picture of key journeys with inputs and outcomes
  • Design program to improve key journeys and deliver desired outcomes
  • Engage stakeholders to align and collaborate on diagnosis , solution design , implementation and showcase results
  • Engage with external consultants to ensure desired outcomes
  • Highlight / remove bottlenecks and support team in delivery
  • Understand expectations of business leaders and effectively communicate outcomes / concerns

Candidate Profile

  • MBA from top BM – schools of India (IIM, SP Jain etc…)
  • At least 5 years consulting experience with a top consultancy. BFSI domain preferred
  • Lean Six sigma GB/ BB certified is preferred
  • PMP certified is preferred
  • Agile certification is preferred
  • Scrum master / product owner is preferred
  • Ability to mentor multiple projects and program at same time and ensure time bound delivery simultaneously
  • Ability to interact stake holder at all level’s for seamless delivery of projects
  • Ability to demonstrate quick and logical decision making for program and project delivery
  • Ability to bring strategic, tactical and analytical view for project solution and align with end goal.
  • Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals
