Job Profile

  • Craft strategies for Marketing including Digital, Branding, Advertising, Public Relations, Content & Communications, Media Buying, Project Management and Community Management.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans to create Brand awareness, saliency and engagement
  • Create, manage, and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Use data-driven marketing strategy to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation, and make optimization recommendations across the customer’s journey
  • Conceive, test, analyse and optimise most suitable marketing tactics for customer acquisition
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget, develop a robust performance reporting framework, analytics, and ROI tracking to continually optimize and improve our marketing investments
  • Work with Brand, Business, Tech, UX teams for a top-notch digital customer experience and engagement
  • Approve and oversee the creative development of promotional materials
  • Build a high performing team of marketing professionals

Candidate Profile

  • 15+ years’ experience with proven ability to design and execute high performance, integrated marketing campaigns
  • Relevant experience as Head/VP/Director of Marketing , preferably in FinTech or Start-ups
  • Extensive experience with SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, performance & content marketing
  • Target oriented with a proven track record of meeting business goals
  • Experience leading and mentoring a team of high performing marketing experts
  • Creative, strategic and analytical thinking to ideate & implement innovative ideas.
  • Exceptional verbal / written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
