Roles & Responsibilities
The Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will lead the people strategy across all group companies, aligning HR initiatives with business goals in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The role involves building a scalable, high-impact HR function that supports global growth and drives talent excellence across diverse industries and geographies. The CHRO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping culture, attracting and developing top talent, and creating frameworks for leadership development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. They key responsibilities include:
- Attracting global talent, especially in Engineering, Product Development, Sales and Marketing, and Supply Chain, from key markets such as India, China, Korea, Taiwan, and the USA
- Establishing a robust, first-time-right talent acquisition and interview process across all group companies
- Identifying and nurturing high-potential internal talent with structured career paths and learning interventions to prepare them for future leadership roles
- Creating a culture of high engagement, collaboration, and speed of execution in close partnership with leadership and functional heads
- Implementing 360-degree review systems to quickly identify misaligned talent and manage timely exits
- Driving the group-wide HR strategy, including automation, capability building, and policy standardization across geographies
- Acting as a strategic advisor to the MD and Board on talent, culture, and organization design, ensuring HR alignment with the group’s growth objectives
- 15–28 years of strong HR leadership experience, preferably in fast-growing, diversified or global organizations
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent; engineering background with management education preferred
- Deep knowledge of HR strategy, talent management, organization design, and compliance
- Proven ability to attract and manage high-value talent across multiple geographies and functions
- Experience in building scalable people practices, including automation, policy frameworks, and capability development
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
- A global mindset with strong business acumen and adaptability to fast-changing environments
