Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Sales Budget, Business Growth, Share of Business, Introduction of New product Lines, managing performance of Carbide Products and ensue product Profitability.
  •  People performance Management, Goal Setting, people Development, building Sales focused through marketing activities & product trials through FSEs.
  •  Managing & developing KAM & OEM networking to grow business.
  •  Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
  •  Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting goals, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.
  •  Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including identifying new sales opportunities and resolving customer complaints.
  •  Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  •  Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitors & strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to inform sales strategies.
  •  Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, including identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales team performance.

  • B.E. (Mechanical) / M.E. (Mechanical) degree from a recognized university
  • 12–18 years of professional experience
  • Strong understanding of sales within manufacturing companies
  • PAN India market exposure
  • In-depth knowledge of tool cutting and carbide products
  • Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in stakeholder management in complex and diverse environments
  • Proficiency in CRM and SAP systems (mandatory)
