During his stint at Cognizant, he was closely involved with McKinsey in implementing an operational excellence initiative across the organization. Gaurav has a post-graduation in management from the Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering.

Vice President

Mrinal has been with Cátenon for over 9 years and is currently a Vice President. She has over 15 years of executive search and recruitment experience. Mrinal has delivered over 700 mid to senior-level mandates including key hiring at CxO, Strategy Consultants, Functional Heads, Directors levels, and specialists. Mrinal has previously worked with Executive Access and Randstad.
