Job Profile

  • Strategic partner for the 3.0 Journey and a Culture Ambassador
    • Partners with the Senior Leadership Team and Domain experts for identifying HR strategic priorities for Retail 3.0
    • Drives design of key HR initiatives based on strategic priorities
    • Acts as a Advisor /Guide for all people aspects of the Growth/ Transformation Plan and the 3.0 Organization Design as a catalyst of change working with key leaders
    • Champions values and positions as a Great Place to work
    • Introduces automation and Insights-based decision making for all key People Processes
  • Talent Management and Learning
    • Develops high performing teams for 3.0 by facilitating setting of objectives and smart performance management
    • Manages capability development initiatives through the L&D team to cater to 3.0 based on the Competency Framework
    • Develops high-potential employees through the Aspire Program and the Leadership Development Framework
    • Builds platforms for knowledge sharing and management
    • Drives the Learning Agenda for 3.0 across all levels through effective use of Learning Platforms
  • Delivery of HR Processes
    • Owner for the People Function Calendar across all Functions and Locations
    • Develops the right talent pools across geos
    • Streamlines the Selection process to Hire for skill, attitude and culture fit
    • Develops the Compensation and Benefit strategy, drives market benchmarking and rollout of various Performance based Pay Programs
    • Accountable for compliance with all legislation related to employment, ensuring a healthy, compliant and safe environment across all locations
    • Plan the HR budget and take efficient measures to manage the costs

Candidate Profile

  • 20 – 25 Years plus experience with at least 8-10 years in a Corporate HR role
  • Must have handled People strategy and growth plans
  • Relocation to Kochi is a must
  • Female candidate preferred for the role
  • Retail experience would be desirable
  • Must have built and managed HR Programs in Culture, Learning and Employee engagement with business impact
