Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Business leaders to understand their challenges related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide education and counsel to HR Managers, and Talent Acquisition regarding compensation approach, evaluating new positions, job bands, grade levels, job descriptions, promotions, and transfers
- Ensure that the organization complies with all compensation and benefits laws and regulations in the country
- Assist in the administration of merit increases, bonus payouts
- Participate in external compensation and benefits surveys, provide detailed market analysis on positions
- Participate in the annual renewal of benefit policies and design and full responsibility for the procurement of all value-added services other than insurance policies
Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of experience
