Responsibilities:
- Deep understanding of running operations of a curated marketplace or a remote service Startup
- Responsible for supply (caregivers) onboarding and retention. This will involve managing a the sales team also.
- Hire, train, manage and motivate team members
- Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs on a daily basis in order to continually guide and focus the business and team to fine-tune the plans to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
- Continuous work on removing operational bottlenecks, and documenting and implementing SOPs
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and developers
- Explore competitors’ products and come up with new ways to improve the company’s Products
- Outline the product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap along with the business Head
- Represent operational challenges and practical viewpoints to be incorporated into the product Offering
Qualifications:
- Education: UG/PG (MBA preferred)
- Work Exp: 10+ years of relevant operations experience
- Expertise in sales, people management, team building, and operations
- Ability to be decisive and thrive in an unstructured and fast-paced startup environment
- Intuitive understanding of process issues and challenges and passion for solving complex operational problems
- Demonstrated ability to enforce metrics to measure performance and drive efficiency
- Customer-obsessed: when it comes to customer experience, you strive to deliver a product/service that is best in class
- Data-driven problem-solving skills and experience deriving insights from Ops data
