Responsibilities:

● Lead the IT Governance strategy across all business units and associated entities.

● Oversee the deployment of ISMS practices and drive ISO 27001 certification efforts.

● Ensure timely and comprehensive implementation of the DPDP Act across systems and processes.

● Champion ITIL-based frameworks to create a process-oriented IT environment.

● Establish and maintain a governance-first mindset, ensuring adherence to all internal policies and external regulations.

Candidate Profile:

● Build IT Governance culture in the company aligned to ISO 27001 and other Industry Standards

● Rollout ISMS across IT and Other functions for the company at the group level

● Define and Document IT Processes aligned to ITIL Standards, Align teams to the same

● Strengthen the Governance to ensure process driven security for all IT Systems and Processes

● Periodically report the Governance and Compliance status to Top Management

● Conduct Security Threat Assessments and drive closure of threats along with IM Application and Infrastructure Teams

● Conduct Periodic and surprise audits to ensure compliance to ISMS Policies and Procedures

● Achieve ISO 27001 Certification for the company and group companies
