Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations, identify and develop key marketing operations processes to improve overall organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Identify key opportunities for operational improvements through the use of new marketing methodologies, tools, and processes, and partner with internal and external partners to build the new solutions and track the impact
- Conduct data-driven business analytics to support and make recommendations on strategy and investment
- Work with the Director of Marketing Ops to create executive-level deliverables, KPI dashboards, and regular reporting as needed
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify areas for improvement within sales and marketing collaboration
- Own, optimize and deliver the data on our target accounts: including lead and account scoring algorithms, sharing this data with marketing and sales leadership
