Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Sales Budget, Business Growth, Share of Business, Introduction of New product Lines, managing performance of Carbide Products and ensue product Profitability.
- People performance Management, Goal Setting, people Development, building Sales focused through marketing activities & product trials through FSEs.
- Managing & developing KAM & OEM networking to grow business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share.
- Sales Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including setting goals, providing coaching, and evaluating performance.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including identifying new sales opportunities and resolving customer complaints.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitors & strengths, weaknesses, and strategies to inform sales strategies.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, including identifying risks and opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and sales team performance.
- B.E. (Mechanical) / M.E. (Mechanical) degree from a recognized university
- 12–18 years of professional experience
- Strong understanding of sales within manufacturing companies
- PAN India market exposure
- In-depth knowledge of tool cutting and carbide products
- Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively with a team
- Experience in stakeholder management in complex and diverse environments
- Proficiency in CRM and SAP systems (mandatory)
