India is well-positioned for supply chain opportunities, with strong macroeconomic fundamentals, a skilled labour pool, young demographics, a large English-speaking population, and increased levels of consumption. Furthermore, government initiatives to improve ease of doing business and liberalise FDI have helped India position itself as an important player in the supply chain.
As the Indian consumers get more and more exposed to the digital offerings of businesses, we see new trends in the consumer market coming up this year, which will highly shape the future of consumerism in the country.
